Fred Pfeiffer has over 30 years of experience in the supermarket industry, 18 of those with DLM. He has worked in various departments at Dorothy Lane Market, serving our customers with enthusiasm and expertise. He was promoted to Assistant Store Director in 2001. He always maintains the highest standards of integrity toward our customers, associates, and suppliers. He is a golf enthusiast and enjoys traveling with his wife of many years. All five of his sons have worked at Dorothy Lane Market.

Scott Achs has grown up in the grocery business since the age of 15. He is a highly motivated director with a pledge toward superior customer service, innovative merchandising, and associate involvement. With a strong passion for great quality food, Scott has traveled extensively to learn more about how our artisan products are produced. In his spare time, he enjoys watching and playing sports, and spending time with his 3 sons.
